Led by Kenneth Moise, Jr., MD, who has developed fetal centers across the country, our team of experts provide comprehensive, family-centered care to ensure that our patients and their families receive the highest level of specialized care before, during, and after delivery.

The Comprehensive Fetal Care Center is the only fetal care center in Central Texas.

Treatment Approach

Expectant parents who receive a diagnosis of a fetal abnormality may experience a range of emotions. The Comprehensive Fetal Care Center care team is capable of providing high-quality care for both common and rare fetal anomalies. Our experienced care team is here to provide families with all of the support and information regarding their child’s condition, development, and post-delivery care. We are dedicated to an uncompromising quality of care and work with families throughout the continuum of care.

Patients are cared for by a dedicated multidisciplinary care team, meaning families will benefit from the expertise of multiple specialists across a variety of disciplines. Our fellowship-trained and board-certified physicians have extensive experience treating fetal abnormalities and work alongside a team of experts, including fetal medicine specialists, obstetricians, neonatologists, ultrasonographers, palliative care providers, fetal center advanced practice providers, fetal center nurse coordinators, genetic counselors, and more, providing unparalleled care for patients and their families every step of the way.

Appointment Information

Visits typically begin with a comprehensive ultrasound performed by a fetal medicine specialist. Oftentimes, families are able to meet with a genetic counselor during this same visit. After the initial visit, a determination will be made as to the need for additional imaging, such as a fetal MRI or a fetal echocardiogram. At this time, appointments with other indicated pediatric specialists will be scheduled.
