Biography and Education

Clinical Biography

Ashleigh Noble, MS, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant in the Texas Center for Hernia and Abdominal Wall Surgery within UT Health Austin’s General and Gastrointestinal Surgery Clinic. She specializes in complex abdominal wall and hernia surgery and brings more than a decade of experience in comprehensive general surgery care, including extensive operative involvement in laparoscopic, robotic-assisted, and open procedures.

Ashleigh Noble earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from John Brown University and her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Baylor College of Medicine, where she graduated with honors.

Ashleigh Noble has extensive experience in general surgery, including managing preoperative and postoperative care, first-assisting in the operating room, and overseeing perioperative hospital care. She is dedicated to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care for individuals with hernia and abdominal wall conditions. In addition to her clinical work, she is deeply involved in physician assistant education, serving as a clinical associate professor and guest lecturer for the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor Physician Assistant Program and holding leadership roles in general surgery clinical education at both Baylor College of Medicine and the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Her commitment to teaching has been recognized with multiple awards for clinical education excellence. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
